We currently ship across India. For international orders, please contact our team before purchasing.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
3. Shipping Time

- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (subject to availability)

4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and shipping method selected.
- Free shipping on all orders above ₹999
- Flat shipping rates apply for smaller orders
5. Order Tracking

6. Delays or Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather, or incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer.
If your order is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, contact us at support@zaylio.life within 48 hours of the delivery notice.
7. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping charges.
